Our team of MNsure Certified Navigators stands out as some of the most experienced professionals in the state. We are unwavering in our commitment to breaking down barriers to healthcare access for Minnesotans, achieved through comprehensive education on coverage options and active assistance throughout the MNsure application process.
Our certified navigators simplify the often intricate application process for clients, ensuring a smooth experience. We provide application support over the phone or in-person, extending assistance to all Minnesotans regardless of their geographic location. The linguistic diversity of Milan navigators, proficient in more than 5 languages, enables us to assist individuals in their preferred languages, fostering inclusivity.
Our services are available year-round, Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering over-the-phone assistance. For those in need of same-day application support, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. This accessibility underscores our commitment to timely and efficient aid for individuals navigating the MNsure application process.
